Guernsey is the second largest of the
Channel Islands situated between England and France. It
is an island with unique charm and continental
character. It has an affinity with France in language
names and forms of government but holds a strong loyalty
to the Crown. The island boasts of long sandy
unpolluted beaches on the north and west coasts with large areas of
common and headlands. The south of the island has high cliffs and 16
miles of cliff paths to walk with spectacular views of little bays which
nestle beneath the granite facades.
"Idyllic" is how most
visitors describe Guernsey. Peaceful and friendly with a "Climate
for Leisure". Visit the island through my eyes by browsing through
my art and photo galleries.
